Oasis Encounter is our programme that helps whole families improve their mental wellbeing.
Through eight sessions, our trained coaches offer a supportive and safe space for parents and carers to discuss the realities of parenting. Our cohorts receive supportive tools and techniques that can help strengthen and protect relationships both with themselves, and the family as a whole.
Our next in person course for Southampton starts on Tues 5th May and will be an evening course 7pm-9pm at Oasis Academy Mayfield.
