In the School Holidays we run activities and day trips for 11-14 year olds – current School Year 6 to Year 9 – who attend one of Southampton’s Oasis Academies or who live in the SO18 and SO19 postcode areas.
Our 2026 Summer Holiday Programme
The blue trips and activities must be pre-booked. Spaces are limited so book soon to avoid disappointment.
- Timings of trips and activities vary, with each session lasting approx. 4 hours. Most will run mid-morning to mid-afternoon.
- Food: all sessions will include snacks. You will be advised if lunch is provided or if a packed lunch is needed.
- Transport: Any travel will be by train or bus from a specified meeting point in Sholing.
- Cost: Free places are available if you entitled to HAF vouchers. Otherwise trips sessions cost between £5 – £15 per young person per session payable in advance. Southsea, New Forest and Woodmill – £15. Crabbing and Veracity Activity Day – £5.
- Final details including exact timings, meeting points etc will be emailed to you nearer the time.
- Woodmill activities are canoeing & low ropes. All participants must be able to swim.
- Veracity Activity Day includes – sports, cooking, craft and games.

- Youth Club Plus is for current School Years 4-9
- Family Drop In is for families of primary school aged children
- Youth Drop In is for secondary school aged young people (including those starting in Year 7 in September)

In October half-term we enjoyed another trip to Hollywood Bowl in Southampton.
